Dreams don't work unless you do  The scientific study of dreams is known as   oneirology . People are more likely to remember their dreams if they wake up during the REM phase( Rapid Eye Movement ). About 80% of neonatal and newborn  sleep  time is REM sleep, suggesting a tremendous amount of time dreaming. According to Plato, dreams originate in the organs of the belly. Plato describes the liver in particular as the biological seat of dreams. The average person has about 1,460 dreams a year. That’s about four per night.   Modern research has shown that a sharp decrease in daily calories results in fewer nocturnal ejaculations in  men  and an overall decrease in the sexual themes of dreams. During REM  sleep , the flow of blood to the brain increases, as does the brain’s temperature. Additionally, both the penis and the clitoris become erect .   Most of us dream every 90 minutes, and the longest dreams (30-45 minutes) occur in the morning. V...
Dysgraphia, Dyslexia,Dystonia Dysgraphia, affects a person`s handwriting ability &  fine motor skills.            A person with this specific learning disability may have problems including           illegible handwriting, inconsistent spacing, poor spatial planning on paper,           poor spelling, and difficulty composing writing as well as thinking and writing           at the same time. Symptoms;  May have illegible printing and cursive writing (despite appropriate time and attention given the task) Has unfinished words or letters, omitted words Inconsistent spacing between words and letters Exhibits strange wrist, body or paper position Has difficulty pre-visualizing letter formation Copying or writing is slow or labored Dyslexia, " Dyslexia is a specific learning disability that is neurobiological in origin.  It is characterized by diffic...
HOW LYCHEE LINKED TO ENCEPHALITIS Lychee,Angiospermic plants grown in Bihar,Tripura ,West Bengal, Utter pradesh ,Punjab,Haryana. Most production of lychee in muzaffarpur district of Bihar, about 70 to 76 % contribution of  total production. State of India ,Bihar ,slightly poor state there folk (specially children) expedite for lychee eat seasonally. Lychee fruits(unripe) produce toxin , Hypogylcin A & methylenecyclopropyl glycine. These toxin interfere with metabolism of biomolecules such as fatty acid oxidation, amino acid catabolism and gluconeogenesis. Brain cell should be need glucose continuously for proper functioning .Toxin , prevent the gluconeogenesis therefore glucose level in the body will be fall & so in encephalitis, specially central nervous system ( brain & spinal cord) unable to proper functioning.  Nowadays encephalitis is great in bihar by which approximate 100 children are die out.

How corn silk inhibit the melanin(pigment) production  In maize  ,the female flower produce Corn silk, which is generally regarded as waste a discarded. Corn silk contain protein ,phenolic compound particularly flavonoids, vitamins, carbohydrates calcium, potassium, sodium salt ,volatile oils &,steroids such as sitosterol and stigmasterol. Researcher in Korea have reported that silk decreased melanin production by about 37%. Melanin is an natural pigment that responsable for skin color. It is produced by a cell called  melanocyte. Melanin production is inhibited by corn silk how?               Biosynthesis of melanin starts with oxidation of tyrosine by tyrosinase . T he corn silk extract did not suppress tyrosinase activity but greatly reduced the expression of tyrosinase in Melan-A cells. In addition, corn silk extract was applied to the human face with hyperpigmentation, and skin color was measured to examine the de...
Monoclonal Antibodies    An antigen is a substance capable of causing an immune response leading to production of antibodies.  Antibodies are antigen specific and will only bind to the antigen that initiated their production .  Polyclonal Antibodies are produced by many clones of B-cells.Antigen specific . Polyclonal antibodies produced  in animals.   Monoclonal Antibodies are immunoglobulin which is produced by animal cells artificially in tissue culture and their name suggests the antibody produced comes from a single cell clone.  Monoclonal Antibodies are produce in large amount by a method  called hybridoma Technology. Hybridoma technology is devised by George kohler & cesar Milstein in 1975 . Monoclonal Antibodies have monovalent affinity i.e. bind to the same and single epitope ,part of antigen that recognized by antibody.                            ...
Protein interaction between gametes (male & female Male gamete is called SPERM &Female gamete is called OVUM. Fertilization ,process male & female gamete fuse together to form Zygote(2n). Sperm head contain special vesicle called Acrosomal vesicle or acrosome. Acrosome is derived from Golgi bodies & acrosome contain hydrolytic enzyme(protei n) ,help in dissolve the egg shell. Ovum contain large amount of yolk ( comprises lipid, protein & polysaccharides) called megalecithel eg.birds, reptiles ,small amount of yolk, microlecithel egg -sea urchin ,mammals.Outer layer of ovum of lower organism called vitelline layer and higher organism (mammals) called Zona pellucida. Zona pellucida is made up of three glycoprotein viz .ZP1 ,ZP2 & ZP3 (Z for zona & P for protein) and three glycoprotein are arranged as layer called outer ZP3 ,middle ZP2 & inner ZP1 and the 1st of all sperm head bind to outer ZP3 glycoprotein . Protein interaction are possible ...
